Phase 2 – Tax Resolution

Client may discharge Company at any time.

Any cancellation by Client will not necessarily warrant a Refund

A non-refundable fee of $500.00 will automatically be held from every Client for preliminary and administrative services once this Agreement has been executed and first payment (of any amount) has been drafted.

Should additional services be rendered at time of cancellation, a Refund request will be reviewed by Company and such determination/valuation will be communicated to Client within 72 hours of such request.

A cancellation does not necessarily warrant a Refund.  Despite any cancelation, Client may still owe Company for any reasonable amount based on services rendered up to the Total Fee, as agreed upon in this Agreement.

Client has agreed to the Total Fee in its entirety.  Any Payment Schedule, if applicable, is merely a courtesy by Company to assist Client financially to make it affordable.  Company will, however, review all cancelations and make a reasonable determination based on services rendered.

Refunds, if warranted, will be calculated based on services rendered, considering time spent on Client’s case and complexity of services.

Company may withdraw with Client’s consent or for good cause.  Good cause includes Client’s breach of this Agreement; or Client’s refusal to cooperate; or Client’s denial to follow Company’s advice on a material matter; or any fact or circumstance that would render Company’s continuing representation unlawful or unethical.

After services conclude, Company will, upon Client’s request, deliver any of Client’s property in Company’s possession, whether or not Client has paid for all Services.
